Terms and Conditions
By completing the form and requesting our services, you agree to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposit amounts for service calls is the per call amount's below. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service request / inspection. If you cancel the service request / inspection within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. If the inspection is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit may be applied to the rescheduled inspection. Scheduled dates and times are only final if confirmed first. Our standard fees are below but are subject to change. Should any additional repairs or services be needed and agreed upon by both parties, additional charges may apply.
15% New Customer Discount Terms and Conditions
The 15% New Customer Discount is applicable solely to customers who have not previously availed any services from our company.
The determination of whether a customer qualifies as a ‘new customer’ is at the sole discretion of our company. This decision is final and binding.
The term ‘new customer’ does not merely refer to a different name. It encompasses various factors including, but not limited to, unique billing information, service address, and contact details.
This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Our company reserves the right to modify or terminate this discount offer at any time without prior notice.
